Cireng | Special Snack from Ciamis Culinary

Cireng is a unique and typical of Ciamis snacks. This snack is made from wheat flour and fried in hot cooking oil. This food will taste rubbery if bitten even though the outside is crispy.

Cireng usually sold along with other snacks that are also fried in the making, such as bala-bala, comro, and molen. The seller provides these assorted snacks in a wheelbarrow which equipped with cooking equipment as well.
